Glen Turnbull appeared in films and on television as an actor and dancer in the 1940's, 1950's, and 1960's. He also had a career in the tennis industry. He was introduced to tennis at the Palisades Tennis Club, and he served as tennis director of the Newport Tennis Club in the 1960's. He was tennis diretor of the Balboa Bay Racquety Club from 1969 until he retired in 1988. He began teaching master classes at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California in the 1980's and he continued to teach tap dancing through the 1990's.
