Hailey Bundrant began her tap dance training age 3 with Nancy Kindorf at the Kindorf Dance Studio and she later studied with Ryan Lohoff at the Conlin Dance Academy. Other dancers she has trained with include Shawn Kindorf, Christy Hernandez, Rashida Kahn, Mike Wittmers, and Catherine Gray.

Bundrant danced with the Leverage Dance Company from 2010 to 2013 and she is a member of Linda Sohl-Ellison's Rapsody in Taps professional performing tap dancing ensemble.
