A tribute, profile, and fan site for professional
tap dancer Prince Spencer.
Spencer was probably most well known for performing
as one of the
Four Step Brothers
tap dancing quartet.
STAGE NAME: Prince Spencer
Prince Spencer performed with the Four Step Brothers until 1964, when he left the group after performing at the Sands with Jerry Lewis. Prince managed comedian Redd Fox for about 19 years. After Redd Fox died in 1992, he worked as a casino host at the Sahara and later, for about 15 years, as a host at Mahoney's Silver Nugget. He stopped dancing after a 2002 stroke. Prince Spencer was presented with an honorary Doctor of Performing Arts in American Dance degree from Oklahoma City University in 2002.
