William Orlowski first trained in dance with Gladys Forrester at the Marise White School of Dance in Port Credit, Canada. He opened a tap dancing school in Toronto in 1977 called the "Hoofer's Club". He co-founded a tap dancing ensemble known as the "National Tap Dance Company" with Steve Dymond. He founded his own company called the William Orlowski Tap Dance Prjects in 1990 and he worked on the Liza Minnell.i film "Stepping Out" in 1991 as a dancer and as assistant Choreographer to Danny Daniels. William Orlowski died in October of 2016 due to issues related to Dystonia disease.
