Mexico at the 2017 Tap Worlds

Information about Mexico's participation in the 2017 Tap Dancing World Championships presented by the International Dance Organization (IDO). Mexico competed in the IDO Tap Dance World Championships for the first time in 2017. The 2017 Mexican team's co-choreographers and co-directors were Marisa Nava of Toluca and Marce Trevino of Monterrey.

Mexico sent twenty-nine tap dancers to the 2017 world championships of tap dancing and the team competed in the adult solo, adult duo, junior solo, junior trio, junior formation, child solo, and child group categories.

Mexico finished in first place in the Child Group category on November 29, 2017. Other Team Mexico finalists include Isabella Portilla "Child Solo Female" 2nd place, Carlos Mejia "Adult Solo Male" 6th place and Junior Formation 4th place.
