Information about participant categories at the IDO Tap Dance World Championships. Includes age group categories and ensemble size categories.

Age Group Categories
Mini Kids: Age 7 and under
Children: Age 11 and under
Junior: Age 12 through 15
Adult (1): Age 16 and over
Adult (2): Age 31 and over

Ensemble Size Categories
Solo: 1 dancer (separate contests for males and females)
Duo: 2 dancers
Trio: 3 dancers
Group: 4 to 7 dancers
Formation: 8 to 24 dancers
Production: 25 dancers or more
