A Short History of DTTROL

A brief history of DTTROL, maker and distributor of DTTROL and other brands of dancing shoes, and dancewear.

The brand name "DTTROL" is an acronym for "Dance To The Rhythm Of Life". The name was established in 1999 and today is is the registered trademark of a company distriuting and selling dancing shoes and dancewear worldwide. DTTROL has established long term relationships with more than 200 dancewear brands and designers including Balera, Bloch, Bodywrappers, Capezio, Danskin, Flo, Freed, Gaynor Minden, Grishko, Revolution, and Theatricals.

DTTROL began developing their brand their first strategic partners in the late 1990's. They began marketing their products internationally in 2008. By 2012 they had established theselves as a popular brand of dance shoes and dancewear in China.

DTTROL "Double S" logo was inspired by the wisp of veils from the ancient Asian flying Apsara, and it was selected to represent a dancer's swaying posture and graceful figure.
