A Short History of So Danca

A brief history of the So Danca Company, maker of So Danca tap shoes other dancing shoes, and dancewear.

1980's

So Danca opened its first stores in Sao Paulo, Brazil in the mid-1980's and it established its own factory to produce dancewear in 1986. Three years later their production was transferred to a larger facility in Brazil and So Danca began producing dancing shoes. They also began producing dancewear products for other companies.

1980's

So Danca established a headquarters in the United States in 1997.

2000's

So Danca opened a factory in the Dominican Republic in 2008 in order to meet the ever growing demand for their products.

Over the years So Danca established headquarters in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Italy, New Zealand Portugal, Russia, the United States, and in England in the United Kingdom. So Danca etablished a headquarters in China in 2017.
