- Daughter of actress and director Fernanda Lapa.
- Started her tap dancing career at age 16
- Danced with the Lisboa Tap Dancing Show (1984-1986)
- Danced with sthe Lisbon Girls (1986-1988)
- Danced with the Compay of Clara Andermatt (6 years)
- Her last choreography creation was "Miss Liberty" in 1999, in which she danced with her sister Marta Lapa.
- She died of cancer in 2001
