Big Apple Tap Festival
Annual new York City tap dance festival presented by Avi Miller and Ofer Ben, owners of the Miller and Ben Tap Shoes Company. The Big Apple Tap Festival was first held in 2013, but the event's precursor, the "Traditions in Tap" series of multiple-day tap workshops presented its first event in 2002.

Tap City Festival
Annual New York City tap dance festival presented by the American Tap Dance Foundation. The Tap City Festival was held for the first time in 2001.

Former New York Tap Festivals

"By Word of Foot" Tap Festival
Tap dancing festival organized by Jane Goldberg and held in New York City in 1980, 1982, and 1985. The documentary film "By Word of Foot" featured footage from the festival.

Traditions in Tap Festival
A series of tap dancing workshops, residencies, and festivals presented by Avi Miller and Ofer Ben between 2002 and 2011. The Traditions in Tap series was a precursor to the Miller and Ben's Big Apple Tap Festival.
